Here’s the deal…

Here’s the deal. I am happy with myself now, yes. But, I want to lose 50lbs to make myself healthy. So, here’s my plan. I’m gonna exercise, eat right and hopefully lose 50lbs. My goal is to lose 25lbs by the middle of February.

Right now, I weigh 224. If I can, I’ll try to weigh myself at least once a day, just to track my progress. Hopefully, by the end of the week, I’ll have lost 5 lbs. Wouldn’t that be great?
